Track Biography:
The Iveagh hunt was established in 1825 and is a famous hunt that has its place in Baily’s chronology of master ship.
We hold two point-to-points during the season, one in the autumn and one in the spring.
How To Get There
By Road
From Dublin – Take the M1 from the city and follow the road for Belfast until you see signs for Moira. From Moira town follow signs for the point-to-point.
From Belfast- Take the M1 until Moira. From Moira follow the signs for the point-to-point which is located on the A3.
By Air
Our point-to-point is located 30 minutes from Belfast International airport and 30 minutes from Belfast city airport.

Medievil Chapel comes from the in form Ferguson yard which have taken two four year old maidens so far so must be respected and met a cracker in Present View when travelling to Lismore on his debut.

MERCHANT ROYAL looked very exciting last season with Dermot Weld and ran well in the Foxhunters. He is the right age to find further improvement and looks the best bet here. Tyrone Golden Rain is the biggest danger as he looked back to himself at Rathcannon last time. Indigo Blue has the measure of Send For Paddy on Toome form but this course could be more suited to the latter. Mister Philson is another sure to run well in a decent Open.
